The sort of healthy snacks that you might find in the cupboard or fridge are fruit and veg, packets of dried fruit, cereal, low fat biscuits, flavored milkshakes and smoothies.

| Ask whoever makes your lunch if you can have a healthy lunch box, give them some idea such as, salad, brown bread, tomato and cucumber , cereal bars and many more. Try to have water for a drink for lunch. Having a packet won’t harm you but it will if you have them a lot. Fish is also very good for you. It is good for your brain and it makes you grow. It helps you to mend your body if it is damaged.

| Milk is a healthy thing to drink because it has got calcium in, Calcium makes your bones stronger. Fresh fruit juice such as orange, Apple, pineapple and cranberry etc. is good for you because it is fresh and it has the goodness that fruit does in it. These fresh juices have Vitamins and minerals in which are good for you and protect you from illnesses. Water is good for you because it has no colorings or preservatives in.
